Editorial design
Salvation+Service is a Christian youth magazine, released quarterly in the German speaking countries of Europe and the official youth magazine of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Austria.
Since 2016 I work with them, focusing on the layout and artdirection. With a group of people I work together and coordinate the illustrations. My aim is to have many illustrations from actual readers. Creating a magazine just with Stock images is not a real challenge.
The main layout is very clean and utilizes a lot of white space for a fresh design. The articles are usually quite long, so I try to keep it interesting with bold designs and simple pages.
